[Rental Bike One Day Plan] is cycling by rental bicycle for the day starting from TAKASHIMAYA Shinjuku Store.
Please exchange your application form for a one day ticket (IC card) at the Tax Refund Counter on the second-floor in TAKASHIMAYA Shinjuku Store.
You can rent a bike as soon as you pass the IC card over the reader of the bicycle at the bike exchange place on the first-floor. Let's go cycling around Shinjuku area wherever you like.

<Place to get the one day ticket>
Tax Refund Counter on the second-floor in TAKASHIMAYA Shinjuku Store
○Time: Opening time ～ 3:00 p.m. (Not available after 3:00 p.m.)
○Required documents to exchange for the ticket (Please note you cannot exchange for the ticket if you don't bring it.)
(1) A printout of an application form (email)
(2) A passport or documents (credit card etc) which can identify yourself

<Places to ride and return>
(1) Place to ride : The first floor south side bicycle parking lot at TAKASHIMAYA Shinjuku Store (after getting a one day ticket)

(2) Place to return : The first floor south side bicycle parking lot at TAKASHIMAYA Shinjuku Store (available from 5:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m.)

※You can return the bicycle to the NTT DOCOMO Yoyogi building entrance side at any time before 6:00 p.m.
※In case you cannot return the bike to the specified places, JPY 10,000 will be charged to your credit card as an extra fee.
※In case the bicycle is lost or stolen, JPY 100,000 will be charged to your credit card as an extra fee.
※Please return the one day ticket (IC card) and the helmet to the specified place.
※In case you cannot return the helmet, JPY 2,000 will be charged to your credit card as additional fee.
